The followings rates are intended for personal use only! If you're interested to commercial use commissions, please email me for accurate prices. Commercial rates : add ~x2.5 to base price.Reading the following terms of service is required to place a commission. By commissioning me you understand and are agreeing to my Terms of Service. Please read carefully before placing your commission as failing to acknowledge by these guidelines will lead to a cancellation of your commission.Contact me at: < [email protected] > for all inquiries. I. GENERAL TERMS• You have to be 18+ to place a commission with me.
• I, the illustrator, reserve the right to decline any work for any reason.
• There is no deadlines unless specified otherwise (if needed, rush fees will be added).
• Payment is expected in full, in advance, in EURO (€) only.
• When you place a commission, please be clear in what you’re looking for. Include as much as possible visual references, descriptions and notes (pose, colors palettes, and details), deadlines, budget, to avoid additional charges later.
• Artwork is delivered in 300 dpi, JPG/PNG file format unless you ask otherwise. I will send you a full resolution artwork and a smaller web version.
• I only do digital art commissions, therefore keep in mind that you will receive a digital file of the artwork, suitable for printing and NOT a physical copy of the artwork.
• Personal datas will never be transmitted to third parties.
• Standard wait time is 1 week to 2 months depending on several factors such as health, complexity of the commission, personal issues and so on.II. COMMISSION AND PAYMENT PROCESS• email me by filling this form:
- your name and your pronouns
- what do you want me to draw? A portrait, half body,fullbody ? Please describe the character (OC, fan art of a fictional character,...) and the scene, pose, perspective, references sheet of the character, anything you want to include.
- other details (please include as much references as you need, otherwise you risk extra fees such as design fees, complexity fees; priority queue/rush commission fees…!)• If I accept your commission, I will contact you with a sketch of your commission. I’ll first send a sketch, during the sketch phase: please tell me which parts I have to correct. 1~3 changes allowed during this phase.
• Once the sketch approved, please process to Payment with the Paypal invoice given by email. Don’t send me the payment until I tell you so.• Updates and work process are sent every 3-5 days; if I have not yet followed up on the commission, do not hesitate to contact me via e-mail to ask about the progress!II. ADDITIONNAL FEES?
• Minors change (such as color palette) are free. but if you ask for too many changes, you risk additional fees. If you exceed 3 change requests, I will judge that your commission request is not detailed enough so they are charged to 50.00€/hour.• When the client has paid for the additional costs, I will send the final digital illustration.III. Refunds
• If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch phase, you will be refunded 50% of what you’ve paid.
• If you wish to cancel your commission past the sketching stage, refunds are no longer eligible and can’t be negotiated.
• If you wish to refund once the artwork is completed, there will be no refunds.
• You will receive a full refund if I am unable to finish the commission.IV. Copyrights
no commercial use allowed. You don't have the permission to profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc. But you can :
- make prints and edits for personal use.
- resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format (I don't allow you to use it as YouTube banners).
- upload you commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the illustration. Taking credits of the artwork without my consent is considered as Copyright infringement.• Any use of the artwork for discriminatory, offensive, disturbing purposes is NOT permitted. The artist can choose and STOP the use of the illustration if they consider it inappropriate.
• I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
If you’d like the commission to remain private (not ever published anywhere), an extra can be charged. Tell me in the form if you don't want your commission reused.I don't do:
